We can provide a partial refund (excluding Riffer Music fees) in case of any issues with the Artist. To initiate a refund, please file a dispute within 24 hours of the booking end time. If no dispute is filed, the funds will be transferred to the Artist. Please refer to our “Cancellation Policy” for more details.
